Cornelia
Redeker (1972, Germany) received the Master of Excellence
in Architecture
in 2003 from the Berlage Institute, Postgraduate Laboratory
of Architecture, in Rotterdam and graduated as an architect
in 2001 at the University of Applied Sciences in Cologne.
Cornelia Redeker has been assistant professor at the Chair
for Urban Design and Regional Planning at the TUM since 2004
and is currently finishing her PhD on strategies towards Urban
Flood Integration along the Rhine as part of an interdisciplinary
research project at the TU Delft. As an architect (CITIESONRIVERS)
she is working on the Interreg Ivb FloodResilienCity project
for the Zollhafen harbour conversion project in Mainz. She
has published and lectured internationally on the topic of
urban flood integration.
